Using Scents of Balance There are many different ways to use essential oils. The benefits of aromatherapy can be experienced both physically and emotionally. By choosing Elemi’s specially formulated scents, you are taking an important step to vibrant health of the mind body and spirit.
Massage Therapy combined with 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils can enhance the overall benefit experienced by the client. Add 10-15 drops of essential oil to 30ml of massage oil or lotion.

Add 7 drops of essential oil to 1 cup of epsom salts.

Inhalation can be used for the treatment of respiratory disorders, environmental fragrancing, energy sedation or stimulation, emotional upset, and to clean the air of bacteria.
Five Methods Of Use For Inhalation
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, reduce heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Add 2-4 drops of essential oil, and inhale the vapors for 5-10 minutes. To avoid irritation keeps your eyes closed.
- Add 2-4 drops of essential oil to a tissue or cloth and inhale deeply through the nose 2 or 3 times. Repeat as often as needed.
- Add 2-4 drops of essential oil to your pillowcase.
- For a diffuser, add 10-15 drops of essential oil to the bowl of warm water and light the tea light candle Do not leave unattended. For electric diffusers and nebulisers add 10-15 drops of pure essential oil.
- To create your own room spray, add 15-25 drops of essential oil to 100ml of distilled water. Shake well before each use.
